Emeka, Thanks for the link. I have a question however, in you experience in other parts of Africa are there a lot of people who bake or make sweets/cakes etc from home as a means of subsistence? Here in South Africa there is quite a large informal economy of women who bake and cook from home, mostly due to circumstances. Just wondering what it's like in other parts/
